Moon in Sagittarius/Capricorn
The moon enters the stoic sign of Capricorn (the Goat) today. Capricorn loves form and structure and things that are solid and enduring. The Goat is all about climbing to the top of the mountain with discipline and integrity. In keeping with the Goat's theme of the day, Pluto (power and transformation) at 2 degrees Capricorn finds itself in a lovely trine with none other than Venus (our relationships to people and money) in Taurus, forming a beautiful, harmonious and successful connection. Moon in Capricorn
Hmmm. The number 26 is all over the place today in the cosmos. The expansive, healing and transcendent triumphant trio ~ Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune are holding strong at 26 degrees Aquarius. Uranus, our urge for freedom and fresh new ideas remains at 26 degrees Pisces. Now, Mercury jumps on the "26" band~wagon at 26 degrees Taurus! Holy cow! What does all this mean? It means that above all, we should be ready for anything and everything today.
If you blend the energies together, there seems to be an infinite number of possibilties. Once Mercury the planet of communication is thrown into the mix, we can have everything ranging from a healing conversation with someone to a radical and innovative new shift in perception, to a shocking trickster gossip rumor that takes us by surprise in a big way! (when Mercury began its retrograde, it turned "backward" through this degree. Things could get stirred up again and it could be either healing, transcendent or flat out confusing and full of delusions! Oh my!)
With the moon still in Capricorn, the buzz word for today is "stay grounded." Take it all in and give the jury a few days to deliberate. Is it magic? Fact or fiction? The prince or the frog? Is it real or is it Memorex? Remain open to all the possibilties and then sit on it for atleast a few days.
Affirmation for the day:
When I look for Peace, I can always find it. When I pray for Peace, it always arrives...even if for the moment. All I ever have to be willing to do is ask.

Moon in Capricorn
Can it really be? The number 26 is showing up again today when the moon strides through the 26 degree mark in Capricorn and contacts Uranus and Mercury is an exciting and empowering way. In numerology, 26 would actually become the number "8." In Chinese astrology the number 8 is considered lucky just like the number 7 is considered lucky in the West. In China you have to pay extra to have the number 8 in your phone number or license plate. In addition, home and business owners like to have the number 8 in their address.
One reason why the number 8 could be considered lucky is because of its perfect symmetrical shape. You can cut the number 8 in half vertically or horizontally, and both halves mirror themselves perfectly. Perfect symmetry lends itself to perfect balance, which is considered the ideal in Chinese astrology.
Affirmation for the day:
When I am in the present, I am able to touch, see, taste, smell and hear everything around me. It is then that I am also able to tune into my sixth sense of inner knowing and Intuitive Self. While there, I can connect with the Truth.

Moon in Aquarius
Can you feel the buzz and electricty in the air? The moon has entered original and eccentric Aquarius today, and its modern ruler, Uranus has been in the 26 mix most of this week. With the moon in Aquarius, the air is now electrified and wired for sound. The Waterbearer loves the exchange of ideas and the company of like-minded people. This is a great day for an astrology reading, as Aquarius is the sign of the Astrologer. This is a beautiful day to exchange ideas, ask questions, get advice or give advice to someone who is receptive to your unique and revolutionary ideas.

Moon in Aquarius
An all day Aquarius moon continues to carry the dynamic electricity of insight, ideas and innovative thought. Remember when you metaphorically sent the jury out for deliberation earlier in the week? This could be the day they reach the verdict. Aquarius has the gift of objectivity and is highly versed in the art of detachment. With your emotions in check, you just may be able to see clearly. If not, do something that sets you free and declare your independence to the world.

Moon in Aquarius/Pisces
The mental planet Mercury that symbolizes our urge to communicate, speak, read, write, gather and disseminate information will morph back into its native sign of Gemini today. Mercury is most comfortable here, and with the Sun also in Gemini, we all might feel a bit more curious, chatty and Peter Pan~like.
Commerce, short travel and exchange of free-flowing ideas is what it's all about. With the Sun and Mercury in light-hearted ambidextrous and agile Gemini, we are capable of the "gift of gab," but also the dangerous gossip and loose tongues that got some of us into trouble during this last Mercury Retrograde. Have fun, keep things light-hearted and youthful, but watch out for signs from the shadow side of Gemini ~ the superficial storytelling trickster, coyote.
The moon also moves into Pisces today. Pisces is symbolized by the Two Fishes. The Fish are very pyschic and dreamy and longing to connect to a higher level altered state of consciousness. Higher expressions of Piscean escape are found in the fish that swims peacefully through the oceanic waters of compassion, imagination and meditation, dance, poetry, music, art and the cinema.
The shadow fish can be found slithering into the toxic waters of victim-savior mentality and matrydom, addiction, alcohol and drug abuse, as well as escape into too much TV, video games or work. We always have a choice.
Affirmation for the day:
Nature brings me in tune with my instinctual self. Allowing my body to move with the currents and waves of the ocean, sway with gentle breezes and connect with the solidness of the earth below my feet grounds me into the present and the beauty, peace and serenity that surround me.

Moon in Pisces
Allow yourself to flow with the wind today. It's been a long and mentally stimulating week. Re-read the affirmation from Saturday. Doesn't that sound fine? For those of us lucky enough to live on Maui, I would say a day at your favorite beach with nothing on the agenda other than bliss and serenity are just what the doctor ordered. This Pisces moon is forming a harmonious connection to Venus and Mars in Taurus today. There's no better day than this to soak up and enjoy all the relaxation, ocean breezes and the sound of the waves as you dive into that salty sea with your loved ones right there by your side. Sensual pleasures and gourmet foods might not be so bad either.
Mercury returns to the place it was when it first turned retrograde a few weeks back, just before Jupiter turns retrograde in Aquarius. Any difficulties you may have experienced, especically with communication and equipment failures begin to straighten themselves out again, as Mercury begins to sail right on past the crisis point and into new territory.
The week ahead looks a little tricky, so rest up today and just enjoy! Don't give tomorrow another thought.
